Instrument Cleaning & Passivation
Our surgical technician(s) will arrive at your facility, and pick up the instruments. They will then thoroughly review, clean, passivate and return them to your facility on the same or following day. This is called our ReCaP Program (Review, Clean & Passivate).
Average Cost @$50 Per Tray
Instrument Repair, Cleaning & Passivation
This service includes all of the features mentioned in the ReCaP Program, and includes the repair and restoration of the instruments to full functionality. This means, sharpening, deburring, diamond dusting, re-surfacing and aligning the instruments back to the manufacturer’s standards.

Instrument Laser Marking (Annealing)
PrecisionMark.Net, was founded on laser marking (annealing) surgical instruments. We utilize the newest, state-of-the-art FDA approved lasers to properly anneal your facility’s instruments.
This service tends to be somewhat customized per client, but the average cost is about $4 per instrument/item. The national average is $8 per item. We are a very lean organization and therefore able to offer this incredible price.
